Peterson School is Hiring an Office Administrator (part-time) Near Woburn, MA

Overview:

The Peterson School of Woburn is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, experienced Office Administrator. Effective communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with students, faculty, and administration. The ability to work independently, problem-solve, and attention to detail is key. You will be overseeing information requests from students, performing administrative functions, and maintaining student records. You will also have direct contact with students checking in for classes, making payments and registering for classes. Training will be provided so that you learn and understand the State License Requirements for each trade that we teach.

The position is permanent part time 3-4 days/per week (15-20 hours). Schedule is negotiable but suggested schedule is as follows: 2 days/week: 12:30-6:30 PM and 1 day/week: 9-3 PM and occasional (once/month) Saturday mornings (7AM-8AM). Additional hours as needed for Training. We will assist you in approval by our licensing agency which includes a Cori/Sori background check.

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
