Background Profile

• 5 years’ experience in Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil construction.
• Proven field experience as a senior Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience managing self-perform forces in Heavy Civil/HHWAY construction, with extensive structures experience.
• Familiarity with INDOT Construction Management is a plus!
• Must have youthful energy and be tech-savvy and willing to embrace advanced construction technology fully.
