Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience.

- Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management on various online marketplaces.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.

- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, customer behavior, and sales metrics.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and customer retention.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:.

- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as TFS and VersionOne.

- Familiarity with mobile applications and their integration into e-commerce platforms.

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

- Experience in product management and driving product development initiatives.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure related to e-commerce platforms.
