We are hiring for an aspiring SERVICE CLERK to work along with the Service Department TEAM to improve CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DUTIES (to include) :

Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, greeting customers and preparing documents

Manage timely communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

Create and maintain electronic filing systems

Manage service order paperwork and coordinate with sales and parts departments

Keep records and reports up to date

Manage data in spreadsheets and report

SKILLS (to include) :

MUST be computer savvy with the ability to type

MUST be proficient in MS Office Suite and internet applications

MUST have excellent oral and written skills, including proper grammar and proofreading skills

Friendly attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability and desire to be part of a team

Solid clerical expertise

General accounting knowledge

Strong people and communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

High School degree or equivalent experience

Must have reliable transportation

Bi-lingual is a PLUS, but not required
