PetDesk is Hiring a Revenue Operations Systems Admin Near Orlando, FL

About the Role

As our RevOps Systems Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our team and company to grow and scale. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and integrations by gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and contributing to the overall health and stability of our CRM.

  • Own all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules
  • Proactively design and implement Salesforce configuration solutions including (but not limited to) flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, data capture, and validation rules
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement and tech stack enhancement projects as a key technical contributor and Salesforce SME
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features and collaborate with the RevOps team and Go-to-Market teams to fully leverage the functionality of our systems
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Support data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Own system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including our Salesforce Data Dictionary

About You

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2 years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience 
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • User-focused and excited to help people get more out of their tech stack
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Collaborative team player who can navigate differing points of view to execute projects 
  • Experience supporting integrated applications such as Hubspot, Docusign, FreshDesk/ZenDesk, Zuora/Chargebee, Ring Central, RingDNA, and Totango
