This position serves as an integral member of the Sales Team to support our ongoing growth by providing research, administrative, analytical, project and event management support to the sales team.

• Research the market to find new prospects that match target client profiles, communicate to the sales team, and update sales tracking software.
• Build and maintain lead lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
• Administer the company’s sales tracking software to maintain data integrity, apply configuration adjustments, import lead lists, train new users, provide technical support to users, monitor use for user compliance with processes and standards, and run reports.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns and other initiatives. Manage associated project schedules using project management software and skills.
• Provide administrative support to sales meetings, to include setting up meetings, preparing physical and virtual meeting space, collecting agendas, addressing technology and other issues, documenting decisions and actions, and tracking follow up items.
• Research the market to collect industry, company geographic, client, prospect, and other data for use in developing targeted marketing campaigns, analyzing effectiveness of same, identifying trends, and other sales and marketing efforts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's marketing strategy and brand objectives such to assist, support, and backup the Marketing Administrator with regards to program administration, event management, sales and marketing campaigns, presentations and proposal development.
• Shepherd Alera firm referrals and their POC’s through the discovery and proposal process in collaboration with the Marketing Administrator and service line client leads.
• Assist with proposals and presentation and/or marketing related activities during absence of Marketing Administrator.
• Communication Liaison between CSNW & Propel P&C, Davidson, Wilson Albers

Maintain basic proficiency with graphics and web development software.
• Communicate Well: Be an effective listener. Clearly communicate to internal and external clients. Have good basic business writing skills.
• Be Professional: Exude it in your dress, manners, speech, and actions.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 DOE
