Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and provide appropriate change
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset
