Job Description:

• Maintains established relationships with customers as well as forming new connections to create a customer driven environment
• Coaches team members on standard procedures and daily checklists
• Merchandising, including stocking and some ordering
• Rotating labels, including monthly sales tags and price changes
• Works as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely fashion

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
• Someone comfortable handling animals including dogs, snakes, guinea pigs, fish and more
• Two or more years of management experience
• Standing or walking for 7 or more hours a day
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with a touchscreen POS
