We LOVE Pets! Do you? At See Spot Shop (Pet Pros LLC dba EarthWise Pet) our goal is to provide healthy products for our four legged companions in a warm, friendly and fun neighborhood setting. We strive to provide the education and knowledge to our team so they can make great recommendations for our guests and their pets. If you love pets, love to learn, and love helping people we want to hear from you!

Location: Desert Village 

We seek Assistant Managers who:

• Are genuine, have a positive attitude and are helpful
• Love to learn
• Are team players who celebrate their own and other’s success
• Are able to thrive in a retail environment
• Can connect with and engage guests in thoughtful conversations and make recommendations that meet their needs and the needs of their pet
• Maintain store cleanliness 
• Maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of product, cycle counts
• Participate in merchandising, work on creative display of products
• Attend store and company meetings
• Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely
• Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math
• Assist in the training and development of team members
• Understand, communicate and able to train Pet Pros policies and procedures
• Assist in evaluating and writing employee reviews
• Able to communicate with other team members and home office staff
• Demonstrates leadership, professionalism and able to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Highly accountable and has integrity
• Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
• Ability to delegate
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbally 
• Desire to build a career with us!
