Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming phone calls, messages and route them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks, including file management
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Must be comfortable around dogs and cats.
