Position : Customer Service Representative (Pest Control Company)Location : TulareSalary : $17 per hourSchedule : Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with flexibility to train 2 Saturdays for 4 hours.
As the first point of contact, you will embody our commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your duties will encompass a variety of customer service and clerical tasks, ensuring seamless operations and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Service Excellence : Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns via phone and in-person , inquiries about services, and pricing , positive, and friendly demeanor to enhance the customer experience.
Administrative Support : Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized , run checks, and perform bank deposits accurately and Multitasking and Organization : Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and Bilingual Proficiency : Fluency in Spanish is advantageous and considered a valuable asset.
Skill : Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is preferred; training will be provided on the inter-office system.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with flexibility for occasional Saturday training sessions.
