Responsibilities:
- Enter data into the company database accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data entries as needed
- Maintain files and documentation in an organized manner
- Perform basic math calculations when necessary
- Collect and compile data from various sources
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Transcribe information from documents or recordings
- Use Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets
- Utilize pivot tables to analyze data

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clerical or data entry role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with pivot tables is a plus
- Excellent typing skills and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
