YOU DO NOT NEED PRIOR SERVICE WRITER EXPERIENCE TO APPLY! We will consider individuals with great customer service skills who have never worked in an automobile dealership. If your background is in hospitality, retail, sales, or anything where you've learned how to handle customers, please apply.
You need strong communication skills to interface with the technicians and the customers. You will schedule jobs, work with customer’s deadlines as well as remind customers of routine maintenance or other issues on previous inspections that could be resolved during their appointments. You will work with warranty and service contract coverage's. You will diagnose vehicle problems and work with customers in resolving their issues.
