As an LPN with us, you'll be the ray of sunshine in our patients' lives, providing direct care and support under the guidance of our registered nurses.
*Responsibilities: *
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct patient care as outlined in the State Nurse Practice Act.
* Implementing care plans initiated by our clinicians.
* Documenting patient care accurately and promptly.
* Educating patients and their families/caregivers on diagnoses and care plans.
* Collaborating with the team to coordinate home health services.
* Using equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
* Embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
* Assisting with other duties as assigned by our Registered Nurses.
*Qualifications: *
We're looking for LPNs who shine bright with the following qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
* Preferably, at least one year of nursing experience.
* Currently licensed as an LPN or LVN in the State.
* Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
* Must be a licensed driver with a reliable and insured automobile.
Functional Abilities:
* Ready for lots of walking, standing, and occasional lifting.
* Able to bend, stoop, and move with ease.
* Good visual acuity and hearing.
* Can read 12-point or larger type.
