We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (EMR) and other office software applications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
