**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated and qualified Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, AMFT, ACSW) to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide mental health and case management services to children, adolescents, and their families in our Wraparound Services Program.

This job opening is for a Therapist at the Personal Involvement Center, where the successful candidate will provide individual and group therapies, create personalized treatment plans, and work with other members of the therapy team. The required qualifications for the position include a current active licensure as a licensed therapist and a minimum of one year of experience working in mental health, residential, or outpatient services. Previous Wraparound or similar program experience is a plus!

**About You:**

You are an experienced and licensed therapist specializing in child, adolescent and family therapies. You use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), DBT, or others. You have experience working with children and teens with ADHD, regulation disorders, behavioral challenges, social challenges, anxiety and mood disorders. Most importantly, you are self-motivated, compassionate, creative, and flexible.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Child Counseling, Child Development or Clinical Psychology

- Current License/Registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)

- One to two years experience in mental health field base, residential or outpatient services

- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
