We are seeking a Property Manager Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve Homeowner complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Help to enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Help with violation and inspection paperwork.
- Answer phones and messages and get back to people.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management very helpful
- Familiarity Association Management
- Ability to build rapport with homeowners and board members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
