Maintenance Technician with Polar Star Properties

Job Summary

Are you handy, hardworking, and proud of a job well done? Or do you know someone who is? Spring Creek is looking for ONE Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone with experience and confidence in at least one of these areas:

Painting and Unit Turns

Able to professionally paint apartment interiors independently, with little to no guidance.

OR

Grounds/ Outdoor Maintenance

Experience with landscaping, irrigation systems, grounds maintenance, and/or snow plowing.

Experience with apartment maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, or other trades is a plus.

Starting pay: $25/hour

Work location: Primarily Spring Creek in Gypsum, CO, with work at our sister properties in Avon as needed

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
