Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two residential properties in Framingham, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• Handling special projects and performing custodial duties as needed.
• Keeping the Yardi work order system updated and communicating with the Property Manager, Maintenance Superintendent, and other staff about ongoing projects and work that needs to be done.

The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

• Knowledge of general apartment repair and previous experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills are required; experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Pay Range: $26-30/hour depending on previous experience.
