Requirements

• Provides support for activities of daily living which include:
• Homemaker
• Personal care services for the client in his/her home as identified
• Taught and monitored by the PHC Plus based on the individual client needs
• Familiar with new onset of Alzheimers and or Dementia

24/7 care with three shifts available. You choose your shift. (Day shifts available and a 12 hour starting from 9p-9a)
