Persona is searching for an outgoing, independent self-starter who has strong verbal communication skills to help the customer.

Job Summary

Answer incoming calls and routes appropriately. Welcome and provide information and/or directions to visitors, customers, and applicants.

Job Responsibilities

· Answer the telephone and route calls appropriately.

· Welcome and direct visitors (name tags & glasses), vendors, customers, and applicants.

· Responsible for daily knowledge of who’s in/out at Persona and how to process communication for those individuals.

· Responsible for mail duties as follows:

a. Open and route incoming mail

b. Process inner office mail

c. Process intra company mail

d. Handle FedEx & UPS items

· Perform additional clerical duties from various departments.

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills needed

· Microsoft Office and Outlook experience

· Ability to be accurate while entering in information

· Knowledge of Oracle databases is a plus

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time or part- time position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Physical Demands

This position will require an employee to be able to be sedentary for long periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.
