Funds Specialist - Nonprofit

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Creates/promotes a culture centered on building self-directed lives with the people we support. • Promotes a positive working relationship with all employees.

• Follow through all Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) responsibilities, including but not limited to below: Applying Renewals, Checking Balances & Receipt Tracking

• Assist with Petty Cash Preparation and Review when requested

• Rent Rebate Preparation and Filing

• PEX Receipt Review and missing receipt follow-up

• Serve as back up to billing, and accounts payable

• Attend periodic fiscal and program department meetings.

• Assist with any PDS audit as needed

• Maintain other various schedules and complete special projects upon request of Senior Accountant or other executive managers

• Assist other departments as directed by CFO/CEO.

• Job duties are not limited to the above list.
