Perry Reid Properties is Hiring a Property Manager Near Kearney, NE

Perry Reid Properties is seeking a Full-time Property Manager in the Kearney, NE area.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills. Willingness to work hard and have some previous experience in sales or customer service. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Knowledge of Yardi preferred!

This job includes several duties including promoting the apartment community, maintaining contracts, financial duties, and supervisory duties

Principal duties include assisting the property manager and could include, but are not limited to:

  • Promotion of property and retention of residents
  • Responsible for notices to residents
  • Knowledge of application process
  • Tenant Data (resident criminal/credit check)
  • Renewal Prep: review renewals, update rent increases
  • Leasing: leasing paperwork, tours, leads, follow-ups
  • Organize move-ins and move outs (walk-thru)
  • Financial Duties
  • Rental Collections
  • Eviction Proceedings
  • Security Deposit Itemizations
  • Water/Gas Billings, if applicable
  • Hunter Warfield: send in delinquent balances from Move-outs
  • Responsible for Work Orders (enter/closeout/follow up)
  • Responsible for maintaining all resident and property files
  • Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques

Wage based on experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
