The salary range for this role, based in New York is $86,200.00 to $107,700.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. The Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in our mission to enable the success of our complete portfolio across our entire consumer base and the implementation and execution of PRUSA’s commercial strategy. The Sr. Analyst, National Performance helps translate PRUSA’s vision around Executional Excellence into specific, measurable goals and supports the platforms and processes to track performance, providing a powerful feedback loop with the Plan, Sell, Execute, Measure sales model. The Sr. Analyst enables consistent, data-driven activation tracking and measurement across the PRUSA Commercial organization. This position is remote and reports directly to the Director, National Performance. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities - Support all “Inspect What You Expect” Initiatives (CRM Lead) Helps translate company vision around Executional Excellence into survey tools that measure and quantify salesforce impact into the field allowing PRUSA to “Inspect What We Expect” Plays supporting role in development of survey-related initiatives with an emphasis on shaping and cultivating the desired behaviors and outcomes in the field Supports survey design and implementation to support National Program Execution Partners to enable training and roll-out of survey initiatives Regularly interfaces with Distributor HQ teams to ensure seamless survey implementation and flow of data back to PRUSA reporting systems Regularly engages with stakeholders to ensure results are accurate; troubleshoots and resolves issues. Sees issues through to resolution - Supports commercial effectiveness of Internal Salesforce (CDM, PSM, MM – Account Facing) Implements goal framework for PRUSA Internal Sales -- Works closely with Sales Leadership to align on common goals to support market activation based on National Priority Calendar Supports the account selection process, ensuring consistent, data-driven approach to account selection to maximize impact for the business Ensures data-driven approach to account management by empowering the team with consistent, reliable reports, dashboards and communication with field teams Facilitates structured forum for PRUSA’s internal salesforce can understand performance across markets, communicate best practices and celebrate success. Job Requirements The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach. Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (or equivalent). Experience / Background: Minimum 3-5 years of previous financial/business experience. Travel: This position may travel up to 15% of the time.
