The salary range for this role, based in Texasis $78,300.00 to $97,900.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Primary Purpose

The Chains Reporting Analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to the accurate and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making within our organization. Working alongside experienced managers, you will assist in leveraging diverse data sources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our reporting processes.

Position Summary

The Chains Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports for the Chains team. They will work with various data sources such as Power BI, Nielsen, and IRI, to analyze the information and present to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

- REPORTING & ANALYSIS

  • Assist in the design and development, and further maintain, interactive dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI, syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI), and other relevant data sources.
  • Prepare and analyze customer partners' bi-weekly selling for select retailer/states.
  • Develop and maintain compliance trackers for key customers based on shelf set changes or retail mandates. (Off/On)
  • Collect shelf set changes in varying formats from customers, cleanse and consolidate bi-annually for cross-functional communication.
  • Provide analytical support of playbook development during annual/trimester planning process.
  • Deliver performance management slides for presentations.

- CUSTOMER/DISTRIBUTOR SUPPORT

  • Provide business reporting needs for select Regional Retailers.
  • Work in collaboration with internal/distributor partners to track Incentive programs where Chains data exists.
  • Populate presentations to communicate findings and recommendations, under the guidance of Customer Solutions and Chain/State teams, for select areas of focus. (Annual/Monthly/Trimester)

- PROCESSES

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions Team (CSM) to understand reporting requirements and contribute to accurate and timely delivery.
  • Look for improvements to existing reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Conduct analysis, validation, and cleansing of data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.

Job Requirements

The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach.

  • Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree - preferably in Data Analytics; Proficiency in a wide array of office software platforms (MS Outlook & Office).
  • Experience / Background: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or financial reporting, preferably in a consumer goods or beverage company. Demonstrated ability to create dynamic analytical tools leveraging a variety of data sources. Proficiency in Nielsen/IRI, NABCA, PowerBi, ThinkCell, and/or similar systems a must.
  • Travel: This position may travel up to 10% of the time.
