Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sterilization Technician to join our team. As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our medical equipment and instruments. Your primary responsibility will be to sterilize and maintain the integrity of all reusable dental equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment using appropriate techniques and solutions
- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and washers
- Inspect instruments for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assemble instrument trays and prepare them for sterilization
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and request restocking as needed
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper handling and storage of sterile items

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or dental setting preferred but no necessary
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and aseptic technique
- Understanding of infection control procedures and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
