Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Dental Assistant to join our team. NJ Dental x-ray license required. As a Surgical Assistant, you will work closely with the surgical doctor to ensure smooth and efficient dental procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing support to the surgical doctor.

Duties:
- Assist the surgical doctor during procedures, including passing instruments, suturing, and providing retraction
- Prepare the operating room by sterilizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Maintain a sterile field throughout the procedure by following aseptic techniques
- Collaborate with the doctor to ensure proper documentation of procedures and patient information
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Surgical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
