Responsibilities:
- Maintain manufacturer training certifications as well as specific & up- to - date knowledge on the product and services available.
- Properly diagnose, repair, and document services on customer and internal vehicles.
- Communicate technical diagnosis and repairs to your service adviser.
- Maintain a high level of motivation and energy with strong customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Service experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Possess a strong desire for continuing education in the area of responsibility.
- Pre-employment screening is required for all Performance Automotive employees.
