We are excited to offer a career opportunity for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic Summit Level Salesforce practice. Candidates can live anywhere in the US but are typically required to work eastern time zone hours. This is a remote role.
Salesforce Project Managers oversee Salesforce projects end-to-end on a variety of Salesforce 'clouds' and levels of complexity. Their priority is to ensure the project is successful - delivered on time, and within budget. These professionals are equipped with skills in Salesforce applications, project management, and strategic planning. They act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and team members, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and track sprint progress against overall project timelines.
  • Foster an environment that adapts quickly to creative change and focuses on Agile development principles.
  • Create project timelines, and manage creative, development milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain creative, production, and technical goals set forth by our teams and clients.
  • Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated to the product and account leads.
  • Capture and record meeting notes and ensure action items are completed promptly.
  • Ensure solutions to technical problems through discussion with technical teams to resolve problems.
  • Partner with development team members to understand opportunities and limitations of solutions being implemented.
  • Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the agency and internal teams.
  • Manage all deliverables with any required external vendors.
  • Provide production and technical knowledge, in addition to innovation insight, in order to arrive at the best-possible execution decisions.
  • Identify, procure and manage outside vendors that are best suited for assigned projects, when required.
  • Manage resources for each assigned project to ensure that the project remains on schedule.
  • Work closely with the product and account leads to remain in full communication on the status and details of each project, including any cost or timing issues that may arise.
  • Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.
  • Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading projects within a technical environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading projects in an Agile development environment.
  • Recent professional consulting experience.
  • 3 years leading Salesforce Implementations.
  • Must be incredibly detail-oriented.
  • Experience working directly with creative team members and development engineers.
  • Management and communication of project status, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience working in digital marketing and/or software development
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Scrum Master certification preferred.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
