We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Controller to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Controller will be responsible for all aspects of financial management including accounting, budgeting and financial reporting to ensure company’s financial health and sustainability. This role will closely with the Finance team on planning and reporting; and provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. This role manages the year-end audit preparation and review and has responsibility for the tax compliance and reporting activities in collaboration with external consultant, including the financial statements, taxes, AR, AP, treasury, credit and collections, etc. Thie role is responsible for the quality of the company Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Additional responsibilities include:

• Lead the Accounting processes and Accounting team to develop accounting expertise and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Foster both internal and external customer relations to achieve the Company’s long term strategic plan.
• Provide and explain monthly results to CFO and Corporate Accounting.
• Work with outside accounting and tax authorities on tax preparation and questions / issues.
• Manage the relationship with Corporate Treasury for cash analysis, hedging, loans, etc.
• Work with auditors on annual, internal and tax audits.
• Manage P&L transactions, calculation of fixed and determinable accruals, bad debt analysis, tax planning, credit & collections issues with customers regarding payment terms, working capital management, and master data.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures that lead to long term beneficial solutions.
• Provide variance analytics that impact current and long term strategic objectives.
• Develop improvement in closing processes to save time and improve accuracy and continually focus on identifying tax strategies to minimize tax liability.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA/MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years accounting leadership and management experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen. Exceptional financial/business literacy and analytical skills.
• Proven effectiveness managing by influence across all levels of an organization and across
• Functions both internally and externally to the organization.
• Confidence and success in problem resolution, resourcefulness and the ability to adjust to changes.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
• Audit experience; Pension and year-end.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of tax preparation and corporate filing requirements.
• Knowledge of profitability and balance sheet analysis.
• Knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Complete understanding of how all transactions flow through the income statement and balance sheet and cash flow statement
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and integrity.
