Job Summary:

Ancora Cafe and Bakery A.K.A. Ancora Transition Services 501c3 is currently seeking a General Manger/Executive Director. This position entails overseeing the daily operations of a fully functioning café space, as well as identifying and building relationships with potential donors. Writing and sending letters of thanks to donors. Soliciting cash or in-kind donations or sponsorships from individual, business, or government donors. Creating and updating donor databases. Developing strategies to encourage new or increased contributions. Developing and implementing fundraising activities, weekly events and developing materials to submit to granting or other funding organizations. Education/Experience MBA (Master’s in Business Administration), and 10 yrs. Experience in Café/Restaurant management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
