- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Work with Parts and Service staff to order and supply parts to technicians and outside customers.
• Provide phone support to outside customers and automotive repair facilities.
• Work in conjunction with service advisors to insure correct parts are ordered to complete the necessary repairs.
• Shipping receiving and outbound preparation.
• Assist to maintain correct inventory levels and stocking of parts in correct locations.
• Use internal systems to quote pricing on parts.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with both internal and external customers.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Completes required training.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company's Core Values.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
