- Communicates in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner with all customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, via email, and in all other forms of communications.
- Is proficient or above average in technology and computer skills.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and manages difficult situations in a calm, effective manner.
- Employment type: Full-time 40 hours per week..
- Salary range: $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience
- Hour/availability needs: Must be available evenings, weekends and some day times.
- Benefits eligibility: Full-time employees are eligible for benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must complete all required USAG Safe Sport and safety trainings.
- Must communicate clearly and fluently in English (both verbal and written), other languages a plus.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
