Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information on available vehicles, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Assist customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Utilize sales support tools and software to manage leads and customer interactions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and follow up on inquiries

Requirements:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales management techniques
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Demonstrated public speaking abilities for presentations and customer interactions
