A Forbes 4 diamond Casino Resort is now seeking a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to assist their Michelin Inspired signature restaurant, in Temecula CA.

The restaurant has less than 100 seats, serving a-la-carte as well as chef tasting menu. The restaurant opens 3 days nightly by invitation only to VIP guests. The position is full time with benefits. Relocation assistance available. Currently operating 2 days a week, hoping to expand to 4 day operation during the summer. 

Hourly Range: $22-28/hour relocation assistance and transitional housing if needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as line cook or chef de partie in an upscale Food and Beverage establishment
• Michelin experiencewould be a huge plus
• this is a union position
• culinary school degree preferred
