Role Description:

As our Medical Provider, you'll be central to our clinic's success. With your expertise in medical aesthetics, you will consult, treat, innovate, and contribute in multifaceted ways, ensuring our clientele gets the best.

Who You Are:

You're a talented individual deeply versed in medical aesthetics and dermatology. Your expertise lies not just in administering treatments like Neurotoxin or Dermal Fillers but also in adeptly diagnosing and treating a wide array of skin conditions.

Always on the lookout for the latest in industry protocols, you're quick to adapt and introduce fresh, effective approaches. As a continuous learner, your focus isn't solely on individual excellence but also on being a key collaborator, ensuring collective growth and driving the clinic's success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead consultations, aiming for a 80% closing rate.
• Administer treatments: Neurotoxin, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, and more.
• Use light-based energies like Lasers and IPL for varied conditions.
• Meet a monthly sales quota of $50,000.
• Maintain patient satisfaction, seeking constant growth through feedback.
• Research and implement new treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with the team, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.

Schedule:

Full-time role, four weekdays (8:45 AM-5 PM or 11 AM- 7 PM) and alternate Saturdays (10 AM-6 PM.)

Compensation:

Starting at $195,000 annually performance-based bonuses. Final base compensation calculated based on experience and skill.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree. A Florida license is essential.
• 2 years in medical aesthetics or dermatology. Proven experience with injectables.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Able to work in our Doral clinic.

Aptitudes:

• Proficient in consultations, sales, and customer relations.
• Mastery in neurotoxins, injections, and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge in dermatology, photomedicine, and skincare science.
• Effective in a dynamic environment with strong time management and research skills.
• Collaborative, with a knack for clear communication and strategic planning.
