**Cook Responsibilities include:**

Preparing scratch style food for residents and staff restaurant style.

Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment.

Doccumentation of all food prepared with labeling and dating of all food.

Working together as a team with dishwashers, wait staff and other department staff.
