Salary: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour with shift differential - based on experience

We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Activity Assistant/Driver.

Activity Assistant/Driver Responsibilities include:

• May drive company vehicle from community to social and other various destinations
• Leads assigned activity programs
• Engages and motivates residents resulting in program participation
• Assists in planning parties and activities as well as decorating the community according to the season and/or holiday throughout the year as well as planning monthly birthday parties to honor residents
• Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual’s needs and rights.

Activity Assistant/Driver Education & Experience:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Associate degree in recreation or related field preferred or 3-5 years’ full-time experience working with adult recreation
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
