Percheron Operating is Hiring a Corporate Trainer Near Katy, TX

Job Description:

This position will be a single point of contact for all Percheron professional training. All leadership, soft skills, compliance, business development & sales, and new employee training will be developed, coordinated, and stewarded by the Corporate Trainer.

  • Develop programs and curriculum for the employees of the organization for orientation and in-job training
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops for the employees and develop appropriate modifications if needed
  • Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
  • Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
  • Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
  • Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
  • Manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm.
  • Manages all vendors and ensures proper contracts in place.
  • Hosts and coordinates events, as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in education, business, finance, Human Resources (HR) and other related courses
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity
  • Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of all learners
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
  • Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner
  • High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
  • Have a background in IT and the use of modern technology to develop training modules needed in online platforms
  • Possess communication skills to communicate an energy and passion for corporate learning and development.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with the manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and working overtime if warranted).
  • Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
