Responsibilities

We are seeking a experienced Enterprise Service and Configuration Management Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Management (ESM) team is a cross-functional team responsible for tracking, status reporting and trend analysis for all incidents, changes and problems assigned to the Peraton support team ServiceNow queues.

What You'll Do

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to 13 high throughput field laboratories, located strategically across the United States and Puerto Rico.
• Responsibilities will include applying security patching to lab servers, managing lab anti-virus system, monitoring instrument computers and lab servers, configuring Cisco network switches and supporting network printers.

**This position is onsite at the Denver, CO customer site at least one day per week or as requested by the customer. 

Qualifications

What You'll Need

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA with 2 years of related experience; MS/MA with 0 years of experience; or High School diploma with 6 years in lieu of degree.
• Must have experience installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting server hardware, software and Windows operating systems
• Must have experience using vSphere, native Dell tools, Backup Exec 14 & 20 and Cisco network switches.
• Ability to be on-site at least one day a week or as required by customer (Denver, CO).

Desired:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Technology equivalent experience
• Ability to be proactive and resourceful in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fluid environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent client interfacing, relationship building, and consulting skills
