Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking for someone who can lead as a Resource Manager to plan, design, and facilitate the development and execution of staff planning and delivery as well as workforce programs and personnel processes in support of USEUCOM needs in a dynamic operating environment. The Resource Manager develops and maintains effective relationships with Peraton and all Team Peraton HR/TA teams to fulfill staffing requirements with the most qualified candidates and oversees program staffing execution as the primary personnel interface with the USEUCOM TPOC. Coordinates with Peraton and Peraton Teammate global mobility teams to make sure program resources are deployed OCONUS IAW local laws and regulations. Analyzes overall program resources to identify shortfalls and deficiencies; drives identification and fulfillment of program billet requirements. Partners with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and drive key initiatives such as workforce planning, acquisition, leadership development, talent management, employee and career development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and coaching (managers and staff). Partners with the QML, task leads, and project managers to plan, design, and develop task-specific playbooks; publishes template and associated work instruction to facilitate local playbook development. Plans, designs, and executes personnel management in support of Flex, Contingency, and/or Emergency Operations response as well as delivering formal reporting for program readiness status and documentation required for program personnel through the dedicated portal as required. Collaborates with the Finance Manager to develop, coordinate, review, and submit the Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) Reconciliation. Develops, coordinates, facilitates reviews of, and submits program deliverables and utilizes our dedicated portal for resource management to identify, assess, and align critical resources with mission, clearance, and training requirements.
