Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst for a full-time position in support of our WR-ALC customer.

Location: Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA; Flexible for occasional telework – must be local to work location (telework - 4 days / on site - 1 day per week).

*Full remote work could be considered for the right candidate.

In this role, key responsibilities include:

• Oversight and management of the operational aspects of ongoing projects
• Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and functional management
• Review status and manages schedules of projects and prepares status reports
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, functional managers, and clients
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally with colleagues and externally with customers at the highest level
• Utilize communications effectively, internally with colleagues and externally with customers.
• Possess the ability to be self-motivated, self-managed, and results oriented.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Technical Order (TO) experience, or a Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or GED with 9 years of relevant, applicable experience will be considered
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Access)
• Experience creating Project Plans in MS Project
• Experience defining and documenting requirements
• Ability to identify possible risks and/or process improvement opportunities to add value to the projects managed
• Demonstrated experience in working well in team settings
• Must possess a current or recent Common Access Card (CAC) with the ability to maintain
• Must have U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
• Must be able to work on-site at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia

Preferred Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret level security clearance
• Prior Project Management experience at a DoD location
• Experience with enterprise-wide data consolidation efforts
• Air Force product Lifecycle Management application experience
• Ability to generate new processes and conceptual applications to drive process efficiencies
• Knowledge of DevOps and QA Testing solutions

Salary Range

Salary Minimum: $57,500 Salary Mid: $115,000 Salary Maximum: $143,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
