Responsibilities

This contract will provide a broad range of technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in support of the customer’s Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) mission. Team members shall support EIT-service governance, development, implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Infrastructure services to include the technical services to engineer, configure, test, install, integrate, operate, monitor, maintain, and sustain software, database storage, and cloud based services at classified and unclassified locations. The contract will also provide governance, development, implementation, maintenance, change and modernization of EIT spaces. This position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer science with 7 years of related experience
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a HE analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions
• Ability to analyze hardware specifications and system/subsystem requirements to conceive and document a practical design for hardware components to include servers, network devices, transmission media, storage devices, user interface devices, and special processors
• Background in conducting site surveys; assessing and documenting current site network configuration and site-unique requirements
• Experience developing hardware installation schedules based upon set-up, integration, and test timelines
• Experience in training site personnel in proper use of hardware and recommending specifications for hardware acquisitions
• Understanding to prepare engineering plans and site installation Technical Design Packages and prepare drawings documenting as-built configurations at each site, as well as site installation and test reports
• Demonstrated experience in configuring computers, communications devices and peripheral equipment
• Familiarity with preparing installation guides, field test procedures, and troubleshooting guides
