We’re looking for an ENERGETIC, CREATIVE, ORGANIZED, and DETAIL ORIENTED Leasing Agent.
The ideal candidate must have Creative Marketing skills, Excellent Computer Skills, Strong with Oral and Written Communication Skills, and able to work Independently while organizing their work using Outlook and Excel. This opportunity is more than just a job - it's a career!
Job Duties include:
- Leasing scattered site units (single- and multi-family buildings)
- Creative Marketing including social media and other online advertising.
- Tenant retention and customer service
- Application processing
- Reporting and tracking
- Clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Customer service
Job Requirements include:
- Sales and marketing background in real estate or related field using Marketing software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- STRONG organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Must pass background and drug test.
