Farmers' Market:
"We have experienced significant success having brand awarness at Farmers Markets throughout the history of our brand and are now seeking to expand our presence to more Farmers Markets in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona. These markets provide the perfect venue to showcase our products and attract new customers. Market hours vary, with winter hours ranging from 8am to 1pm and summer hours from 7am to 12 noon. Additionally, we participate in 2 and 3-day weekend events in higher elevations during the summer months and also travel to out-of-state locations."

Brand Ambassador Role and Responsibilities:

• Setting up the market booth on time on Market days
• Sell product to customers at Farmers' Market in your region (anywhere in AZ, or specific ones we already have spots at)
• Engage with customers sampling product and highlighting product characteristics
• Tell the story behind the product and making the sales script
• Filling out a form and reporting sales and other information to Head Office

Prior Work Experience Recommended:

• Retail experience selling product to customers
• Experience handling cash and debit payments
• Previous sales experience

Skills and Characteristics:

• Prior experience in using a POS System such as Square
• Ability to count sales and inventory and report using given reporting procedures
• Enjoys talking to customers and being outdoors"Qualifying candidates need to be high-energy, positive, organized, and enjoy working with people. They should also have the ability to work independently at times and collaborate effectively within a team. While it's not necessary the ability to plan for advanced travel, it could be a bonus."

• To be paid on a buy-and-sell business model. Compensation increases with more sales

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
