Compensation:$30,000 - $45,000
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations at the property and maintain vendor connections to make sure all facets of the rental are functioning properly.
- Arrange service and improvement contracts for tenants quickly and to their pleasure.
- Conclude rental contracts with occupants by arranging leases and gathering and refunding security deposits for a convenient move-in and move-out procedure.
- Collect rent payments, fulfill monetary obligations, and carry out other duties to make sure financial objectives are being accomplished.
- Analyze local leasing prices and calculate costs to ensure pricing is in line with current market trends.
- Lease the property to include tours and lead handling.
- Multi-family or residential experience
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- No weekend and evening hours required
