Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Property Manager with day-to-dayoperations, administration of resident paperwork, help with reports, and workorders. As well as to support the Property Manager in enforcing policies andprocedures, adhere to Fair Housing and all applicable laws at all times. AnAssistant Manager is responsible for coordinating with other property staff andvendors to provide outstanding customer service to the residents, maintainexcellent curb appeal, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance,safeguard the good financial health and stability of the property.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMust have at least 2 years of trackable property leasing experience, or 1year of prior property manager assistant experience.
