Pepe Cadillac is Hiring an Automotive Sales Manager Near White Plains, NY

Pepe Cadillac is looking to add an Automotive Sales Manager to our team. Our manager will have the drive to coach, lead, and engage our sales associates and buyers through and after a sale. Pepe Cadillac is a very busy dealership looking for the right automotive desk manager to work with our sales team. Must be a team leader with automotive dealership experience.
The candidate will receive a competitive compensation package along with the great benefits we offer. If you can manage people, process and technology, then you might be the candidate we’re looking for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work directly with our team members and our customers to help enhance the sales process and produce sales
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Work together with our management team to develop advertising campaigns
  • Achieve manufacturer performance objectives
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Excellent at closing deals
  • Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
  • Oversee our Internet Leads
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior automotive managerial experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of luxury automotive business and objectives
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK, CRM)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Available to work nights and Saturdays
  • Finance experience preferred but not required
  • GM / Cadillac experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
