We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in automotive repair and maintenance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise automotive service staff.
- Schedule and assign work to automotive service technicians.
- Maintain and order automotive parts and supplies.
- Provide customer service to clients and customers.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the shop.
- Maintain records of services performed and parts used.
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
