Duties:Under the direct supervision of the Business Manager the Part-Time Sales Associate will:

• Responsible for membership sales, assisting with membership events and promotions.
• Help produce a successful membership sale, special events, benefits and promotion program based on the annual operating plan.
• Supervise and train Part-Time Membership Sales Staff
• Recruit, enroll, and orient new members.
• Be knowledgeable of all center activities.
• Produce membership reports and other data as requested.
• Contribute to excellent customer service programs.
• Contribute to team-based environment with other staff in the facility.
